David Njoku A Low-End TE1 In Week 3

Saturday, September 23, 7:23 AM

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku has caught six of his seven targets for 72 scoreless yards through his first two games of the season. He could be in line for a larger role in the offense now that the team will be without Nick Chubb for the rest of the season. Njoku will face off against the Tennessee Titans at home in Week 3 in what sets up as a decent matchup for him as the Titans are allowing the 18th-most fantasy points per game to tight ends through two weeks. Njoku can be started as a low-end TE1 heading into Week 3.

Dalton Kincaid Disappears Amid Week 3 Blowout

Monday, September 25, 1:03 AM

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid caught both of his targets for three yards in Week 3's 37-3 dismantling of the Washington Commanders. The 23-year-old didn't do much on Sunday, manufacturing all his "production" in the first two quarters before Buffalo pulled away in the second half. It was a step back for Kincaid after putting forth ascending catch, target, and receiving totals in both of his first two games. Though, the rookie was hardly needed in a contest where Washington wasn't at all up to the task. The Bills should continue heavily deploying two-TE sets without a No. 3 wide receiver emerging through the opening weeks, even if it means Kincaid is splitting chances with veteran Dawson Knox. Buffalo might utilize the 2023 first-rounder as more of a receiving threat in Week 3's clash of the titans with the sizzling Miami Dolphins.
