Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four of his six targets for 63 yards in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 31-year-old nearly caught a long touchdown from Ryan Tannehill and was stopped just short of another touchdown, so he was close to producing a big fantasy day. Tennessee's offense has posted two promising offensive showings and two horrific performances, so it's tough to know what to expect. That said, Hopkins has real upside next week against the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts through the first three weeks of the season.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel was not targeted in the passing game in the team's 35-16 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Samuel (knee, ribs) was questionable coming into the game and disappointed fantasy managers who, when it was announced he would play on Sunday morning, figured he was in line for his usual hefty target share. One can only speculate at this point whether it had anything to do with the injuries, or if this was just your run-of-the-mill clunker as he took a back seat to the Christian McCaffrey show. Samuel did receive three carries but only managed six yards. He'll look to rebound in Week 5 when he faces a robust Dallas Cowboys defense at home on Sunday Night Football.
