Baltimore Ravens wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins registered his best fantasy performance in half-PPR leagues since Week 5. The problem is that he only had four fantasy points in that game against the Cincinnati Bengals, which extends his streak of games with less than 10 fantasy points to 10 games. Despite the fact that he draws a favorable matchup in Week 14 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Hopkins is more of a dart throw option for fantasy managers in deeper leagues. In RotoBaller's rankings, Hopkins is projected as the WR72, so there should be better options on the waiver wire in standard-sized leagues.

Houston Texans wide receiver Jayden Higgins is having a strong second half to his rookie season, and he has emerged as enough of a threat to be on the radar in deep leagues. The early second-round pick has emerged as the team's second receiver behind Nico Collins in the last few weeks and has at least four catches in each of his four games during the team's current winning streak. In those four games, Higgins has totaled 18 catches on 28 targets for 200 yards and two touchdowns. He had a personal-best 65 receiving yards last week against the Colts and caught all five of his targets from returning QB C.J. Stroud. He should remain involved enough to be a fringe flex play this week against the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football. It won't be an easy matchup, but if the Texans keep throwing the ball so much, the rookie has a solid chance to continue his production. He's the WR37 in RotoBaller's rankings for Week 14, so he is still best left on the bench in standard-sized leagues.
