Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four of his six targets for 63 yards in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 31-year-old nearly caught a long touchdown from Ryan Tannehill and was stopped just short of another touchdown, so he was close to producing a big fantasy day. Tennessee's offense has posted two promising offensive showings and two horrific performances, so it's tough to know what to expect. That said, Hopkins has real upside next week against the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts through the first three weeks of the season.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (toe) was limited in practice all week but was removed from the final Week 4 injury report on Friday and will play on Sunday night in New York against the Jets. Toney was also questionable for Week 3 against the Chicago Bears but played in the blowout win, seeing just three percent of the offensive snaps. The 24-year-old pass-catcher is always dealing with some sort of injury and has barely been a part of KC's offense through three weeks, catching seven of his 11 targets for just 35 yards. He's been dropped in a lot of fantasy leagues to open the year. Although he could see his role expand as the season progresses, there's nothing to indicate that is going to happen anytime soon for Toney.
