San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (ribs, knee) didn't practice on Friday, marking his third consecutive absence. The 27-year-old caught six of his 12 targets for 129 yards and a touchdown versus the Giants in Week 3. However, he's now riding a questionable tag, although there's a good chance he won't be out there in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. Fortunately, Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday, so he'd be in line to see more looks from Brock Purdy if Samuel doesn't suit up. But as always, fantasy managers should monitor things leading up to kickoff on Sunday.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore is coming off of a game where he caught all nine of his targets in a win over the Tennessee Titans. Moore has been heavily involved in the Cleveland offense thus far, drawing 25 targets through three games. The veteran wideout could be in store for a big game in a plus matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. Baltimore has struggled to contain opposing wide receivers this year, allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Moore sets up as a quality flex option heading into Week 4.
