Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith caught six of his nine targets for 84 yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over the New York Giants. As expected, without No. 1 wide receiver A.J. Brown in the lineup, Smith led the team in targets, receptions, and yards as the Eagles cruised to victory. It was impressive for Smith to record this line, given how well the Eagles ran the ball, which led to Jalen Hurts only attempting 20 passes in the game. The 26-year-old should be expected to operate as the clear focal point of the passing game if Brown is unable to play in their next game, which will come in Week 10 against the Packers after their Week 9 bye.

Although the 49ers' pass rush ranks 31st in the NFL with nine sacks, allowing quarterback Jaxson Dart time, San Francisco's solid Red Zone Defense ranks 7th, making Johnson's primary source of fantasy value--touchdowns--more difficult to come by. Therefore, Johnson remains a low-floor, touchdown-dependent TE2 for Week 9.
