DJ Moore Off Injury Report Ahead of Week 4

Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) is off the injury report and will not carry a game designation into Sunday's matchup with New England. Moore was limited Wednesday and Thursday in a non-contact jersey, so this is a meaningful step after another week of managing the shoulder. The injury knocked him out late in the second quarter against Detroit in Week 2, but it didn't keep his role down when he returned against the Chargers. Moore saw 10 targets in that game, catching six for 67 yards. He has 11 receptions for 167 yards and a touchdown through three games, with Week 2 cutting one outing short. RotoBaller lists him at WR22 for Week 4. There is still some risk that the shoulder gets aggravated again, but Buffalo's final designation gives fantasy managers no reason to expect him to sit Sunday.

Jameson Williams Could Be Poised for Breakout Game in Week 4

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams has not quite gotten going in the early part of the 2026 season, recording 10 catches for 127 yards and zero touchdowns on 17 targets across three games. The 25-year-old has taken a back seat in his team's passing game so far, ranking fourth on the Lions in targets behind wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, running back Jahmyr Gibbs, and tight end Sam LaPorta. As long as all of Detroit's main pass-catchers stay healthy, Williams may have trouble providing fantasy managers with consistent production. Still, Williams' big-play ability makes him a threat to go off in any given week. Week 4 might be a decent time for fantasy managers to bet on Williams, as he will take on the Carolina Panthers. Carolina has allowed the fifth-fewest yards per pass attempt (6.1) in the NFL through three weeks, but they also placed starting cornerbacks Jaycee Horn (quad) and Mike Jackson (groin) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday. In a relatively favorable matchup on paper, Williams profiles as a high-end WR3/flex option for fantasy managers in Week 4.
