Seattle Seahawks running back George Holani had an opening to make himself more relevant in Week 4, but very little came of it. With Jadarian Price on injured reserve, Holani finished Sunday's 30-23 win over the Chargers with seven carries for 18 yards and one catch for two yards. Emanuel Wilson took much better advantage of the available work, handling 21 carries for 81 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches for 39 yards and another score. That is a rough development for Holani after he showed some passing-game usefulness with five receptions for 48 yards in Week 3. Seattle was short-handed in the backfield and still treated him as a clear secondary option. Zach Charbonnet is eligible to return from the PUP list in Week 5, which could squeeze the available touches even further. Holani remains useful depth for Seattle, but his fantasy value took a hit after failing to capitalize on one of his better opportunities for increased work.

Cleveland Browns running back Raheim Sanders remains the clear backup to Quinshon Judkins, but that hasn't stopped him from carving out RB3/flex appeal in very deep leagues. Sanders saw his snap share soar to 43% on Sunday, and along the way, he caught four of five targets for 34 receiving yards. The 24-year-old now has eight catches through three games, seamlessly taking the place of pass-catching running back Dylan Sampson (knee), who was placed on injured reserve. The Browns' offense is still a bit iffy right now, and we're not confident they can support two fantasy-relevant running backs at a time. Instead, most of Sanders' value comes from his status as a handcuff, even if it means he'll require more patience and offer less of an immediate burst of fantasy points.
