New York Jets running back Isaiah Davis had a quiet game in Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys, recording just one carry for five yards and three catches for 28 yards on four targets. It was New York's first game this season without running back Braelon Allen (knee), which bumped Davis up to the team's RB2 role. However, lead Jets' back Breece Hall dominated the backfield work, recording 155 yards from scrimmage on 18 total touches. Davis is worth rostering in deeper fantasy leagues as a handcuff to Hall, but for now, he does not appear to carry standalone value for fantasy managers.

Indianapolis Colts running back DJ Giddens will look to see a larger role in a Week 5 home matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Giddens has been quiet since a Week 1 win where he saw 12 carries. The Colts have leaned heavily on starter Jonathan Taylor since the season opener, which has cut into Giddens' workload. That being said, fellow backup running back Tyler Goodson (groin) has been ruled out for a Week 5 home matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, which will leave Giddens as the team's main backup running back behind Taylor. Giddens should not be in starting lineups in fantasy, but he remains a top handcuff option in case Taylor is forced to miss time at some point this season.
