Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers had another outstanding performance, posting seven receptions for 85 yards on 12 targets against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Meyers missed Week 2 with a concussion but returned in Week 3 and picked up right where he left off in Week 1. Through two games, Meyers is averaging eight receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets per game. Meyers will follow up his strong performance with a matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4. The Chargers defense has given up the most passing yards, third-most passing touchdowns, and third-highest yards per attempt. Despite being on a team with superstar Davante Adams, Meyers is commanding an over 30% target share on a team that will be in negative game scripts most weeks. Meyers is also a great fit for Garoppolo because he is an excellent receiver in the short to intermediate areas. Fantasy managers will want to watch Garoppolo's status for Sunday's game because the Raiders quarterback is still in the concussion protocol. If Garoppolo cannot start, Meyers must rely on veteran quarterback Brian Hoyer or rookie Aidan O'Connell in Sunday's contest. Meyers is a high-end WR2 regardless of who is behind center, but fantasy managers should temper expectations if Garoppolo cannot play.

Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston made just one catch in a Week 4 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The rookie pass catcher was targeted three times, including once in the end zone, making one catch for 18 yards. With Mike Williams (knee) out for the season, Josh Palmer ended up taking more of his role instead of the rookie Johnston. That may remain the case after the Chargers bye week, but we'll see if they choose to change things around with the extra practice time.
