Meanwhile, Jameis Winston is inactive as the team's emergency third quarterback. This depth chart decision from the coaching staff aligns with recent rumors that indicated Dart may have earned the backup job and could even make his NFL debut in Week 1. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport recently noted that the Giants have a package of plays ready for Dart, so it's possible that he could relieve starter Russell Wilson for a handful of snaps on Sunday afternoon. Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones continued his solid start to the 2025 season in Week 7, completing 23 of 34 pass attempts for 288 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 38-24 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Jones has been consistently efficient through his first seven games with the Colts, recording 1,790 passing yards and 10 passing touchdowns while completing over 70% of his pass attempts. With Jones under center, Indianapolis has been one of the NFL's best offenses, scoring at least 31 points in five out of seven games.
