Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (foot) is off the injury report and is good to go in Week 17 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Allen injured his foot in the first half of Week 16's win over the Cleveland Browns but practiced all week and has no injury designation in Week 17. The reigning MVP is coming off his worst fantasy performance since 2018, totaling 130 passing yards and 17 rushing yards. Allen will look to bounce back against an Eagles defense that has allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. However, Allen's dominance at home has been well demonstrated this season, as he's averaged 30.8 fantasy points per game in the seven contests they've played in Buffalo. With them chasing the Patriots for the AFC East title, Allen should be viewed as a top-end QB1 in Week 17.

Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said on Wednesday that quarterback Michael Penix Jr. (knee) had successful surgery on his knee on Tuesday, according to D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Penix had full reconstructive surgery to fix a partially torn ACL in his left knee, which will keep him out for the rest of this season and possibly for the start of the 2026 season next fall. The 25-year-old second-year signal-caller is facing a nine-month recovery, which will force Atlanta to rethink its long-term plan at the QB position this offseason. This is Penix's third ACL reconstruction in his career after he had two knee surgeries in college. Kirk Cousins will start the rest of the year under center for the Falcons, but depending on how he finishes the season, the Falcons could opt out of the final two seasons of his four-year deal.
