Dallas Cowboys safety Juanyeh Thomas (undisclosed) was carted off the field during Thursday's game against the New York Giants. Thomas was seen grabbing his knee following a kickoff. Thomas scored his first career touchdown last week on a punt return that went for 43 yards. Throughout the season, the 24-year-old has been deployed primarily as a special teams option but did log a season-high 23 defensive snaps last weekend against Washington. As a result, fantasy managers in IDP leagues should expect Malik Hooker and Donovan Wilson to see a slight increase in snaps.

The New England Patriots are waiving cornerback Jack Jones on Monday, according to his agent. Jones, a fourth-round selection in last year's draft, played only 10 snaps on defense in the Week 10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Germany on Sunday. Jones has missed five games this year due to a hamstring injury that caused him to land on Injured Reserve, and he's seen his playing time decrease since coming back in Week 7. In 18 total games (two starts) for New England the last two seasons, he has 42 tackles (33 solo), three tackles for loss, two interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), seven passes defensed, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. The 25-year-old should be able to latch on with another team quickly.
