Keenan Allen Ruled Out for Week 4

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen (groin) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Washington Commanders in London, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. Wide receiver injuries continue to plague the Colts, who had already placed Alec Pierce (heel) on injured reserve earlier in the season. Allen being inactive is a major loss for the Colts, given that he exploded for six catches, 63 yards, and one touchdown last weekend. Now, this Daniel Jones-led passing attack will take on the Commanders with a wide receiver group led by Josh Downs, Darius Slayton, Laquon Treadwell, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Ashton Dulin (ankle). Mike Evans Active Against Broncos

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs) is active for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Evans was listed as questionable after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday before returning in a limited capacity Friday. He suffered the injury during last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals, finishing with three catches on six targets for 34 yards and a touchdown before exiting. Evans enters Sunday with 12 receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns through three games. RotoBaller has him at WR31 in its updated Week 4 PPR rankings, putting him in WR3 territory while he plays through the rib issue.
