Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 18 contest against the Arizona Cardinals. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity. The Rams can only finish as the No. 5 or No. 6 seed in the NFC, so there was some speculation that they might rest their injured starters, including Williams.
