Denver Broncos wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey is second on the team this year in targets behind Courtland Sutton, but he cannot be trusted in starting fantasy lineups for the Monday night matchup in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns. The matchup is a good one for fantasy purposes, with the Browns allowing the seventh-most half-PPR points per game to the position, but Humphrey could see even more competition for targets if Josh Reynolds (hand) returns from Injured Reserve. In addition, rookie Devaughn Vele has been more involved of late and has essentially become rookie QB Bo Nix's No. 2 target behind Sutton. The best fantasy managers can hope for with Humphrey is that he uses his after-the-catch skills to break a big play. Humphrey has scored only once in 2024, has gone over five catches in a game only once and has 50-plus yards only twice in 12 games.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith looks to keep his momentum rolling in Week 16 against the Washington Commanders. Smith has scored in back-to-back games, including an 11-catch, 109-yard performance in the Eagles' 27-13 win over the Steelers. It was his best game of the season, fueled by a season-high 12 targets, as Philadelphia's passing attack clicked. While Washington's defense is stingy, ranking fourth in passing yards allowed per game (189.6), they have struggled in the red zone, surrendering 23 passing touchdowns this season. Smith's ability to earn targets and convert them into scoring opportunities makes him a solid WR2/Flex with upside this week. Fantasy managers should feel confident starting Smith as Philadelphia's offense looks to stay hot.
