Matt Prater Remains a Reliable Option for Week 10

Saturday, November 8, 1:14 AM

Buffalo Bills kicker Matt Prater has been a victim of the offense's success at times this season. The team consistently moves the ball downfield and scores, but the high touchdown percentage has limited Prater's field goal opportunities. The kicker is fourth in the league with 25 extra points made, but ranks just 20th with 12 field goals. Prater's 85.7% conversion rate is adequate, but his lack of opportunities has frustrated fantasy owners throughout the season. Week 10 should bring another positive matchup where Prater maintains a high floor, but will unlikely emerge as a top-tier kicker this week. Despite the lack of high-end scoring, he does remain a steady play for teams in need of a five-to-ten point week from their kicker.

Brandon McManus a Low-End Start Against Eagles in Week 10

Saturday, November 8, 5:24 PM

Green Bay Packers kicker Brandon McManus has put together a string of full practices this week and was removed from the team's injury report before the Packers' game with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10. Since returning in Week 8 from a two-game absence, McManus has made just 4-of-7 field goal attempts but has made all four of his extra point attempts. The Packers have been a very volatile offense in terms of week-to-week consistency, but Green Bay losing tight end Tucker Kraft to a season-ending injury definitely wipes out some of the Packers' offensive firepower. In Week 10 against the Eagles, McManus is, at best, a low-end start for fantasy on Monday Night Football.
