Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has put together back-to-back strong performances to open the season. The veteran wideout has hauled in 12 receptions for 237 yards and two touchdowns during the first two games of the season. The Bucs have targeted Evans heavy in the passing game and that is likely to continue going forward. Evans will now head into a matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. A defensive unit that is normally solid, but has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season. That being said, Evans should remain in the WR2 conversation for the upcoming Monday night matchup.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (groin, shoulder) was able to practice in a limited fashion on Thursday after being held out of Wednesday's session. Cooper was questionable to play on Monday night in the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a groin issue, but he suited up anyway and played well catching seven of 10 targets for 90 yards while playing over 70 percent of the offensive snaps. He may be a little beat up early in the year, but he should be able to suit up this Sunday at home against the Tennessee Titans, where he should continue to serve as quarterback Deshaun Watson's go-to target. The Browns could throw the ball a bit more moving forward, too, now that Nick Chubb (knee) is done for the season.
