Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (ankle) was listed on the first injury report of Week 3 on Wednesday, but he was able to put in a full practice. Williams played 90 percent of the offensive snaps in the Week 2 overtime loss to the Tennessee Titans and caught a healthy eight passes on a team-high 13 targets for 83 yards, so we think he'll end up being just fine to play in a Week 3 road game against the Minnesota Vikings. The 28-year-old could go off for fantasy managers this weekend as the Bolts look to get their first win of the season against a Vikings defense that has been shredded so far by opposing offenses through two weeks.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel enters his team's Thursday night home opener against the New York Giants with momentum. In Week 2 Samuel caught six-of-nine targets for 63 yards and added five carries for 38 yards and his first touchdown of the year. The Giants' defense have held their own against wide receivers in 2023, ranking ninth in the NFL in yards per game against receivers. However, they're tied for second-worst against the run so Samuel could contribute similarly on the ground this week. In addition, fellow receiver Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) is a game-time decision and Samuel may be targeted more often if Aiyuk is ruled out. Consider him a WR2 this week with distinct WR1 upside.
