Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley was dominant, hauling in five receptions for 73 yards and two touchdowns in the 31-17 win against the Washington Commanders. It was the Tinsley show against his former team, scoring touchdowns from 21 yards and 13 yards, thrown by backup quarterback Jake Browning. The third-year receiver adds some depth in the Bengals' wide receiver room behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Tinsley is fighting for a roster spot, but with performances like this, he will secure it with ease. Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devontez Walker (oblique) is officially active for Sunday's Week 5 contest against the Houston Texans. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday. The second-year UNC product has been pretty quiet so far, other than a fluke two-touchdown game back in Week 2. He has just one catch over his last two games and played only seven percent of the offensive snaps last week. He should be avoided in fantasy football as he remains buried behind Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, DeAndre Hopkins, and Tylan Wallace.
