Arizona Cardinals linebacker Myjai Sanders is expected to be released by the organization, barring a last-minute trade offer. The 25-year-old was a third-round pick by the team in 2022, posting 23 tackles and three sacks in 13 games as a rookie. He began the 2023 season on Injured Reserve with a hand injury, but shortly after the team designated him to return from IR, he is set to be cut. The Cincinnati product will likely draw interest from other organizations when he becomes available.

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Sam Williams (knee) has the size and athletic ability to become an elite edge rusher, in the opinion of The Athletic's Jon Machota. Williams suffered a season-ending torn ACL and MCL in training camp last summer that caused him to miss the entire year. However, he was able to take part in individual drills during minicamp, and Machota believes that he could be the team's second-most productive pass-rusher in 2025 behind Micah Parsons. The 26-year-old was taken 56th overall in the second round in the 2022 NFL draft and recorded 48 tackles (30 solo), 8.5 sacks, 15 tackles for loss, 16 QB hits, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries in 32 games (zero starts) in his first two years in the league. If he can stay healthy, Williams could be a key player in Dallas' pass rush.
