Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin, knee) was activated off injured reserve and will play in Week 14 against the Minnesota Vikings. Brown's 21-day practice window was opened last week, but he was ultimately held out for Week 13's game against the Denver Broncos. The 29-year-old wideout has missed 10 consecutive games due to groin and knee injuries. Washington's offense is now as close to full health as it's been all season, with No. 1 wide receiver Terry McLaurin returning last week and second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow) returning on Sunday. Tucker has operated as the Raiders' primary wide receiver, but the production has been limited. Tucker has recorded at least two receptions in every game this season and remains a viable fantasy option in deep leagues due to his volume of routes.
