Puka Nacua News
Monday, March 16, 10:41 AM
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua took his game to new heights in 2025, recording 129 catches for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns on 166 targets across 16 games played. The 24-year-old led the NFL in receptions and receiving first downs despite missing a contest and is now the league's all-time leader in receiving yards per game (95.3). With the Rams' elite play-caller/quarterback combination of Sean McVay and Matthew Stafford likely back in the mix in Los Angeles in 2026, Nacua should be well-positioned for another monster season. There's little doubt that Nacua is a fantasy WR1, so the real question is where he ranks among the truly elite players at his position. In dynasty startups, Nacua's combination of age and proven production track record makes him a viable choice as the number one wide receiver off the board. If he can stay healthy, Nacua seems like a safe bet to be among the league leaders in PPR points per game every year for the remainder of the decade.

Rashid Shaheed News
Monday, March 9, 2:32 PM
The Seattle Seahawks are re-signing wide receiver Rashid Shaheed to a three-year, $51 million deal on Monday that includes $34.7 million guaranteed, agents Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey told ESPN's Adam Schefter. For fantasy purposes, it might have been better for Shaheed to go elsewhere, as he only caught 15 of 26 targets for 188 yards and no touchdowns in nine regular-season games for Seattle last year after they acquired him in a midseason trade from the New Orleans Saints. Shaheed was much more involved on offense in New Orleans, catching 44 of 66 targets for 499 yards and two touchdowns. He will return to the Super Bowl champions as a field stretcher to help get Jaxon Smith-Njigba open underneath. Shaheed is also an excellent kick returner on special teams, being named to his second Pro Bowl last year. Perhaps he'll have a bigger role on offense in his first full year with the team, but Cooper Kupp and Tory Horton are still in the WR room. Shaheed will be more of a boom/bust WR4/flex option for fantasy managers in 2026.
