Rashod Bateman Is An Intriguing Flex Play Against Texans

Tuesday, December 24, 4:27 PM

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has surpassed almost every career high this season except for receptions. He's even quadrupled his previous-best touchdown mark (eight this season). In the Ravens' Week 17 matchup with the Houston Texans, they'll be without Nelson Agholor (concussion) and Justice Hill (concussion), and Zay Flowers (shoulder) is considered questionable. Bateman may be the number-one wideout on the depth chart, but he'll remain the primary deep threat even if Flowers plays. The Texans allow 29.6 fantasy points per game to receivers in half-PPR formats, so Bateman has a borderline WR2 ceiling in this game.

Dontayvion Wicks Catches Touchdown In Week 16 Win

Tuesday, December 24, 12:21 AM

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks caught his first touchdown since Week 7 in the Packers' 34-0 blanking of the New Orleans Saints in Week 16. Wicks kicked off the proceedings with a two-yard score from quarterback Jordan Love and ended up as the target leader for the Packers with seven. Catching 3-of-7 targets for just 13 yards, Wicks was inefficient but still was targeted heavily in comparison to the rest of the pass-catchers for the Packers. On deck for the Packers is a date with a divisional foe in the 13-2 Minnesota Vikings, where Wicks will be a flex option if Christian Watson misses that game as he left Week 16 with a knee injury.
