New England Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs has stepped up as the team's highest-floor receiver heading into Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots have been using Doubs as their No. 1 receiver ever since placing AJ Brown (ankle) on injured reserve, and he has looked solid over the last two weeks with six catches for 145 yards. With that said, he's still looking for his first touchdown as a Patriot, and he has also yet to catch more than three passes in a single game this season. Doubs' upside has been capped due to the frustrating state of New England's underperforming offense, but he still has a very steady floor based on his snap share and volume. Doubs is a WR3/flex for Week 4. He should benefit from a negative game script matchup against a Bills defense that has allowed the fourth-most yards and sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this year.

Coming off his best game of the season, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison carries WR3/Flex potential into the team's Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The former USC Trojan caught his first touchdown of the season and led the Vikings in receiving in a win last week at Tampa Bay, and now Minnesota approaches this week without star receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle). The Vikings' offense has looked bad, but Miami has bigger issues up and down the roster, and its defense has been no exception. The Dolphins have allowed points on half of their opponents' possessions, which is tied for last in the NFL, and they also rank in the bottom five in yards per play (29th), pressure percentage (30th), and sacks (32nd). Addison's solid performance last week, temporary status as the team's top receiver, and a lowly-ranked opponent give him lineup appeal. He's RotoBaller's WR29 for Week 4.
