New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs (chest) was upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday. He has been removed from the injury report and will play in Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns. The veteran receiver has impressed lately, catching 26 passes for 344 yards over his last four games, though he's still looking for his first touchdown of the 2025 season. Diggs delivered some very solid fantasy performances against the Panthers, Bills, and Titans, and he should find similar success against a Browns defense whose biggest weakness is depending the pass. Cleveland is specifically poor against receivers playing out wide, as they've allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to perimeter receivers in 2025. They also rank near league average in terms of points allowed to slot receivers. We could see Diggs enjoy a big week against the Browns, especially if the Patriots' rushing attack can't get going and Maye finds himself with a reduced amount of time to get the football out. Diggs ranks as a high-end WR3/flex, but there's no denying his upside in a high-volume receiving role.

Washington Commanders running back Jeremy McNichols has been an important player this season, playing a vital role in pass protection and as a receiving option out of the backfield. McNichols has played at least 25% of offensive snaps over the last five weeks. He had his highest combined yardage total since Week 3 in last week's game against the Dallas Cowboys, handling two carries for 22 yards and catching two of three targets for 23 yards. The 29-year-old has recorded seven targets over the last two weeks and has made big plays when his number has been called. His involvement in the passing game keeps him somewhat relevant in deeper leagues, but he hasn't had more than five touches in any game this season. McNichols will be a touchdown-dependent option in deeper PPR formats for Monday Night Football against the Chiefs.
