Tee Higgins Questionable to Play in Week 16

Friday, December 19, 1:02 PM

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) will be questionable for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins in Week 16, according to Mike Petraglia. Higgins was limited in practices on Wednesday and Thursday and still has one more hurdle to clear to pass through the league's concussion protocol. For context, the 26-year-old wideout has had two concussions in the last several weeks, and the Bengals could be extra hesitant to throw him back out there now that they've been eliminated from the playoffs. Higgins' first concussion occurred late in the Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots, and he experienced more concussion symptoms following the Week 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He's missed two of the last three games and could miss another contest this Sunday. When active, Higgins is a must-start in fantasy with a 46-667-9 line on 81 targets this year.

Braelon Allen News

Braelon Allen Could Miss 8-12 Weeks, May Need Surgery

Friday, October 3, 11:54 AM

According to head coach Aaron Glenn, New York Jets running back Braelon Allen (knee) could miss 8-12 weeks with the MCL sprain he suffered in Week 4's loss to the Miami Dolphins. Reports were that Allen would miss more than the minimum number of required games, but it now appears he'll be out until at least December, with surgery still an option. In the 21-year-old's absence, teammate Isaiah Davis will take over the Jets' RB2 duties behind starter Breece Hall, and the newly-acquired Khalil Herbert will handle the RB3 role with Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) still tending to injury. Fantasy managers can safely drop Allen in all redraft formats as the likelihood of him making an impact to close out the 2025 season remains low.
