Tutu Atwell Won't Return in Week 13

Saturday, November 29, 9:53 PM

According to Mike Masala of USA Today, the Los Angeles Rams won't activate wide receiver Tutu Atwell (hamstring) ahead of Sunday's road outing with the Carolina Panthers. The Florida native has been shelved since injuring his hamstring in the team's Week 7 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars abroad. Despite LA opening Atwell's 21-day practice window earlier this week -- and him logging three full practices -- he won't rejoin them against the hosting Panthers. For one more game, at least, teammates Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield, and Xavier Smith will play behind snap leaders Davante Adams and Puka Nacua. When Atwell returns, he figures to slot back in ahead of Mumpfield and Smith in the hierarchy of the corps.

Week 13 Brings Tough Setting For Jordan Addison

Friday, November 28, 3:57 PM

As the Minnesota Vikings' season circles the drain, wide receiver Jordan Addison's weekly ranking has dipped outside the top 50 for Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks. Ranked as RotoBaller's No. 53 half-PPR receiver for this week, Addison is facing hugely unknown circumstances with the Vikings down to third-string quarterback Max Brosmer. Starter J.J. McCarthy (concussion) will miss the game, while backup Carson Wentz (shoulder) already was out for the year following season-ending surgery. Fantasy managers who have started Addison recently have seen diminishing returns, as he has a total of seven catches in November during the Vikings' offensive struggles. Against a strong Seattle defense, Addison should be considered a risky option in most formats in Week 13.
