Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz was held catchless in a game in Week 5 against the Chargers for the first time since Week 13 of the 2014 season, crazy enough. Ertz has been a reliable target over the middle for quarterback Jayden Daniels, but the two did not connect on just one target in Week 5. He'll look to get back on track Monday night against a Bears defense that has allowed nearly 30 points per game through four weeks. And Ertz could see an increase in targets if star receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) is unable to play. Ertz remains a low-end TE1 for Monday night.

Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Dallas Cowboys. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the wrong direction, according to reporting from ESPN's Adam Schefter. Indeed, the team has confirmed that Sanders won't play on Sunday afternoon. The 22-year-old is headed for his third consecutive absence, leaving Tommy Tremble, Mitchell Evans, and James Mitchell in line to earn increased snaps once again.
