Analysis: After spending some time on Dallas' practice squad, Parker has landed himself a contract for the 2021 season. The 22-year-old is yet to play in his first NFL game, but proved himself to be quite successful during his collegiate season in 2019 and will likely serve a depth wideout role for the Cowboys.
