Bengals Expected to Lean on Andrei Iosivas Heavily in Week 12

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is in line for an expanded role in Week 12. Through 10 games, he's caught 19 of 35 targets for 256 yards and one touchdown, averaging 5.2 PPR points per game. With star receiver Ja'Marr Chase suspended for the week, the Bengals will lean on Tee Higgins, Iosivas, and Mitchell Tinsley to fill the void. Higgins is expected to draw coverage from Patriots shutdown corner Christian Gonzalez, along with safety help, which should leave Iosivas in more favorable matchups. As Cincinnati fights to keep its season alive, Iosivas could become a key piece of the game plan. He profiles as a high-floor fantasy option and a low-end WR3 for Week 12 against New England.

Andrei Iosivas Becoming Fantasy Relevant?

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas caught three of his four targets for 20 yards in a 34-12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Iosivas had his best game of the season in Week 9 versus the Bears, with five receptions (seven targets) for 66 yards and his first touchdown of the season. The 26-year-old has been a more consistent piece of the offense, albeit in a limited role, drawing at least three targets in six straight games. However, he's not involved enough behind Cincinnati's two-star wideouts to be viable in 12-team leagues. Iosivas is best left on the waiver wire in most formats.

Andrei Iosivas Looking to Build on Productive Week 9 Effort

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas had the best year of his brief career in 2024. Granted, he saw extra attention due to Tee Higgins struggling to stay healthy. Still, many assumed the wideout would play at least a little better this season. However, that hasn't happened, with Iosivas amassing one catch or less in six of his nine appearances. He's coming off his most productive showing of the 2025 campaign, bringing in five of his seven targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 9. Despite a solid effort, he still has a long way to go before being considered a starting option by fantasy managers. With that said, as long as Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are on the field, Iosivas can't be trusted in any fantasy format. That will likely remain the case even if Higgins or Chase miss time. Keep him out of the lineup for the AFC North showdown with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Andrei Iosivas Could See More Opportunities in Pass-Happy Bengals' Offense

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas had his best game of the season in his team's final game before its Week 10 bye. Iosivas recorded five catches for 66 yards and a touchdown in Cincinnati's Week 9 loss to the Chicago Bears. The 26-year-old has been a modest producer overall this season, hauling in 16 catches for 236 yards and a score on 31 targets across nine games. As long as star Bengals wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins remain healthy, the target volume ceiling for Iosivas is limited. If there's any reason for optimism surrounding Iosivas' fantasy outlook, it's how pass-heavy the Bengals' offense has become. In the four games since Joe Flacco has taken over under center in Cincinnati, he's averaging a whopping 43.3 pass attempts per game. If the Bengals continue to throw at that rate, Iosivas could have multiple opportunities to make plays in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Andrei Iosivas Snags First Touchdown of Season in Week 9 Loss to Chicago

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas caught five of his seven targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's thrilling 47-42 loss to the Chicago Bears. Iosivas has had a relatively quiet season as the Bengals' WR3, but has played a role in the offense over the last five weeks with at least three targets in each of those games. The 26-year-old didn't catch any of his three targets in last week's loss to the Jets, but recorded a similar five-catch for 82 yards on seven targets performance in Week 5 against the Lions when Jake Browning was still the starter. Iosivas has also notched at least one reception in all but one game this season. The Bengals' offense has been humming with 41-year-old Joe Flacco as the starter, and on days like Sunday when Flacco attempts 47 passes, there will be opportunities for Iosivas to make plays.

Andrei Iosivas Still Looking for his First Touchdown of 2025

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas has plenty of talent, but he's constantly overshadowed by Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in Cincinnati. Iosivas has yet to score in eight games in 2025 and was unable to haul in any of his three targets in the Week 8 upset loss to the New York Jets on Sunday. It was the third time that the 26-year-old has been held without a catch in eight games, and he has gone over 50 yards receiving just once, when he caught five of a season-high seven targets for 82 yards in the Oct. 5 loss to the Detroit Lions. The good news is that Iosivas played 80% of the team's offensive snaps in the loss to New York. It hasn't helped Iosivas that quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) is on Injured Reserve. Veteran Joe Flacco has been solid under center for the team in his three starts, but the vast majority of his looks are going to either Chase or Higgins. Iosivas cannot be started in fantasy lineups for a Week 9 tilt against the Chicago Bears.

Andrei Iosivas a Sleeper to Watch vs. Steelers

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas struggled in his first game catching passes from Joe Flacco in Week 6, recording just one reception for five yards and dropping three passes in the loss to the Green Bay Packers. Despite the poor performance, Iosivas continues to see strong usage, playing 81% of the offensive snaps and lining up in the slot on 64% of those plays (fifth-highest rate in the NFL). With Mike Gesicki (pectoral) on injured reserve, there's a chance Iosivas' role in the passing game could expand in the coming weeks. The Bengals face a Pittsburgh Steelers defense in Week 7 that has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season. Iosivas needs to clean up his drops, but his snap share and slot usage make him a deep-league dart throw in a favorable matchup.

Andrei Iosivas Not Worth a Start Versus the Cleveland Browns

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas finished last season with 36 catches for 479 yards and six touchdowns, all a career-high. He combined for three touchdowns in Weeks 2 and 3, although he would add just three more throughout the remainder of the 2024 campaign. Granted, he was able to take advantage of extra work, considering Tee Higgins was limited to only 12 contests. Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase are both healthy for the Week 1 showdown with the Cleveland Browns, meaning Iosivas is expected to have trouble being involved at a level that justifies his presence in any fantasy lineup. That's not to say he won't sneak in a touchdown grab (he's been known to do that every so often). However, he's not a trustworthy starting fantasy option. That's not going to change unless Higgins or Chase goes down with an injury.

Andrei Iosivas "Dazzling" at Training Camp

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas had a relatively productive sophomore season in 2024, securing 36 of his 61 targets for 479 yards and six touchdowns. According to ESPN Bengals reporter Ben Baby, the former sixth-round pick out of Princeton has had a stellar start to his third training camp. "Iosivas continued his dazzling camp with a couple of big-time catches from quarterback Joe Burrow," Baby wrote. "Early on Wednesday, Iosivas had some very strong reps in a 1-on-1 drill. But the highlight of the day was a one-handed snag down the middle of the field, even with cornerback Josh Newton making the throwing window a tight one. It was an example of how much Iosivas has grown over the years." While Iosivas is stuck behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in the target pecking order, he's one of the top "handcuff" wide receivers in fantasy football. Should Higgins or Chase have to miss time, he could be a productive streaming option for fantasy managers in a pinch. He presents more upside in deep leagues or best ball formats as part of one of the best passing offenses in the NFL.

Andrei Iosivas Adds Muscle This Offseason

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas has reportedly been bulking up over the offseason. The former sixth-round pick has reportedly added around 15 pounds of muscle. Iosivas is now at his ideal weight which is around 215-200 pounds. He says that he is feeling better, stronger, and moving faster than before. Iosivas quietly had a solid season with the Bengals this past season. He hauled in 36 receptions for 479 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 17 games (eight starts) in 2024. The Bengals obviously have Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins above him on the depth chart, but that doesn't mean Iosivas can't be an impact player. Hopefully the added weight will Iosivas feel more like himself as a receiver this upcoming season.

Andrei Iosivas Has Two Grabs Versus The Steelers

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas had only two catches for 12 yards in Saturday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The wideout has had the best year since entering the league, totaling a career-high six touchdowns to end the 2024-25 campaign. However, he still hasn't been consistent by any means. With that in mind, Tee Higgins (ankle) future in Cincinnati is up in the air, so there could be room for Iosivas to win the No. 2 job behind Ja'Marr Chase heading into next season. Yet, the front office may finally come to their senses and do what is necessary to retain Higgins, which wouldn't be good for Iosivas' outlook moving forward.

Andrei Iosivas Looking For A Strong End To The Regular Season

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas hasn't been the most consistent fantasy option during the 2024-25 campaign. However, he's still had the best season of his young career, catching 34 passes for 467 yards and six touchdowns. Granted, the 25-year-old hasn't been productive enough to be considered a week-to-week fantasy starter. But with Tee Higgins (knee, ankle) and Chase Brown (ankle) both questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Steelers, Iosivas may need to get more involved, giving him some upside for the remaining redraft participants. He'll also draw DFS attention for those looking for value in Week 18, although Brown and Higgins must be ruled out first.

Andrei Iosivas Has A Decent Showing Versus Denver

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas caught three of his four targets for 59 yards in Saturday's win over the Broncos. While he came close to accruing his second touchdown in as many weeks, he was held out of the end zone in Week 17. With Cincinnati needing a win over Pittsburgh in Week 18, Iosivas could continue to get the attention of Joe Burrow, even more so if the Steelers defense focuses on keeping Ja'Marr Chase at bay. However, the 25-year-old has a long way to go before earning the trust of fantasy managers, despite having the best season of his young career.

Andrei Iosivas May Be Forced To Step Up Versus Denver

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is having the best season of his young career. In 15 games, the 25-year-old has 31 catches for 408 yards. He also has six touchdowns, with one occurring in the Week 16 victory over the Cleveland Browns. However, Iosivas has been far from consistent, so he hasn't seen much attention from fantasy managers throughout most of the 2024-25 campaign. With that in mind, Tee Higgins (ankle, knee) may not play in Saturday's game against the Broncos. If that's the case, Iosivas could find himself in the flex conversation, although his presence in fantasy lineups wouldn't be without risk.

Andrei Iosivas Plays Better The In Win Over The Browns

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas caught all three targets for 53 yards in Sunday's much-needed victory over the Browns. He also had a touchdown, finding the end zone off a six-yard throw from Joe Burrow in the second quarter. The wideout began the year by scoring three times in the Bengals' first three games. However, he hasn't been very productive ever since. But with a career-high six touchdowns this season, Iosivas will try to keep it going in Week 17 versus the Denver Broncos. Unfortunately, while his performance in Week 16 was a step in the right direction, he can't be trusted by fantasy managers.

Stay Away From Andrei Iosivas And His Limited Volume

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas does have a career-high five touchdowns in 2024 and resides in one of the best passing offenses in the NFL, but he's still not a viable flex play for fantasy managers looking to advance to championship matchups in Week 16. We would recommend ignoring him in starting fantasy lineups for a divisional tilt on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. In the first meeting with Cleveland on Oct. 20, Iosivas put up a donut (he did so the following week as well). The 25-year-old just isn't seeing enough volume (51 targets on the year) behind target hogs Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. When you factor in tight end Mike Gesicki, Iosivas is quarterback Joe Burrow's No. 4 target, at best. In the last five weeks, Iosivas has been outside the top-50 wideouts with 11 catches, 127 yards and one touchdown on 16 targets. There's minimal upside here and a scary-low floor.

Andrei Iosivas Not A Fantasy Option In Week 15

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas was anticipated to have a breakout season. While the 25-year-old has had a few quality performances, he still isn't playing at the level most had hoped. With a career-high five touchdowns, Iosivas should make another trip or two to the end zone before the end of the regular season. But he's not consistent by any means, making him a risky fantasy commodity for managers in Week 15 versus the Tennessee Titans.

Andrei Iosivas Productive Yet Again In Week 14

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas caught four of his five targets for 41 yards during Monday's Week 14 win over the Dallas Cowboys. The Bengals' offense is quite crowded right now with strong performances from Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Mike Gesicki, and Chase Brown, but we can't ignore a solid string of productivity from Iosivas. He has 10 catches, 122 yards, and one touchdown during that three-game span, ranking 60th among receivers in terms of average fantasy points per game. He should be viewed as a solid WR4 option in deeper leagues ahead of Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans.

Andrei Iosivas Gets Back Into The End Zone In Week 13

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas had three catches for 35 yards in Sunday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also had a touchdown, bringing in a three-yard pass from Joe Burrow late in the fourth quarter. The 25-year-old hasn't found the end zone since the Monday night loss to the Commanders back in September. Since then, he only has 13 catches. With that said, Iosivas should remain stashed on dynasty rosters. On the other hand, he needs a few more productive outings before he finds himself back in fantasy lineups, so he's not an option in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Keep Andrei Iosivas Far Away From Fantasy Lineups On Sunday

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas began the season by amassing three scores in the first three weeks. As a result, some fantasy managers assumed this would be his breakout year. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old hasn't been a factor since the Bengals' Monday night loss to the Commanders in late September, catching only 10 passes in his previous eight appearances. Granted, he may have another score or two up his sleeve before the end of the 2024-25 campaign. But it will be difficult for Iosivas to get involved with Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on the field along with the increased involvement of Jermaine Burton. Keep him out of the starting lineup for Sunday's AFC North showdown versus the Steelers.
