Clark (undisclosed) revetered to the Bears' injured reserve Wednesday, per the NFL's transaction page.
Analysis: Clark suffered a shoulder injury during training camp, however, it's unclear if that's the reason for his placement. The USC product will now have to wait until 2021 to make an NFL roster, and he'll spend the season on the team's IR barring an injury settlement.
The Bears waived/injured Clark (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: It's unclear what Clark is dealing with, but he'll likely clear waivers and land on the Bears' injured reserve. The 26-year-old is a converted basketball player with impressive athleticism, but he may need to wait until 2021 to make an NFL roster.
Clark has been placed on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury and will miss the 2020 season, JJ Stankevitz of NBCS Chicago reports.
Analysis: Clark went undrafted in 2019 and was unable to make any team's roster. However, the Bears ultimately signed him to a reserve/future contract following the season. He was a college basketball player but is looking to transition into the NFL as a tight end. He will now have to set his sights on recovering and preparing for 2021.
