Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller (knee) will undergo minor knee surgery in the offseason, and he'll be full go in a few weeks. Fuller ends his second season in the NFL with 26 catches for 406 yards and a career-high seven touchdowns. Injuries have limited him to just 24 games in his first two seasons, but he showed real chemistry with rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson before his season-ending knee injury. Fuller has talent, but he'll continue to be a volatile late-round fantasy pick because of his inability to stay healthy so far. However, he has breakout potential if he stays on the field with Watson back in 2018.
