With a tough matchup against the Rams, I don’t see how you can be confident in starting Tyler Lockett this week, who has been very mediocre over the past several weeks. The only scenario I can see you playing Lockett is if you are a very big underdog and you need a “hail mary” type of play where there is a potential of a blow-up week. If you are neck-and-neck with your opponent and have another receiver who provides a higher floor, you have to make the switch this week.
