Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 24 of his 36 pass attempts for 219 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-25 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Since returning from a Week 5 bye, Rodgers has topped 15 fantasy points in three straight contests. While that doesn't make him an elite fantasy asset, he seems settled in as a steady, high-floor QB2. In Week 9, Rodgers and the Steelers will face the 7-1 Indianapolis Colts, who allow the 12th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks as teams try to keep pace with their high-powered offense. Given Pittsburgh's recent defensive struggles, Rodgers should remain busy on Sunday and profiles as a viable streaming option.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco has been outstanding through his first three starts with the team, throwing for 801 yards and eight touchdowns with no interceptions. The 18th-year veteran has leaned heavily on Ja'Marr Chase, who's drawn an incredible 54 targets over that span. Flacco suffered a shoulder injury late in last week's loss to the New York Jets, putting his Week 9 status in doubt. With the Bengals heading into a Week 10 bye, the team may opt to give Jake Browning another spot start to allow Flacco time to recover. Even so, Flacco has played at a high level and remains fantasy-relevant across all formats once healthy.
