New York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) continued to be limited at practice on Wednesday. This trend of limited practices could continue for the foreseeable future as the Jets slowly ease the talented RB back from an ACL tear that he suffered in his rookie season in 2022. The 22-year-old looked explosive on 31% of the offensive snaps in the season opener, and he slightly increased his work by playing 34% of the snaps in the Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys compared to Dalvin Cook's 36%. However, after seeing 11 touches in Week 1, Hall had just four last Sunday against a dominating Cowboys defense. The Jets offense could struggle for consistency under quarterback Zach Wilson all year, but Hall and Cook should have more opportunities in Week 3 against the division-rival New England Patriots.

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. rushed 18 times for 87 yards and two touchdowns while catching two-of-three targets for 42 yards in Sunday's win over the Denver Broncos. Robinson had a massive day for himself while carving through Denver's defense at will. Through the first two weeks, the Commanders are clearly favoring the former Alabama product in the run game over any other option. With a stable role and a sizeable weekly workload, Robinson could be a solid option to rely on.
