San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey handled 12 carries for 30 rushing yards and caught eight of his 10 targets for 66 receiving yards in Week 10. As has been the norm this season, McCaffrey's abilities as a receiver kept fantasy football managers happy. He has registered more yards through the air than on the ground in seven of ten games, and Week 10 was the sixth game of the season where he led the team in targets. The 96 scrimmage yards he ground out were his second-lowest total of the season and just the second time in 2025 that he failed to hit the century mark. He should fare better in Week 11 when the 49ers square off against the Arizona Cardinals, who just gave up 181 rushing yards and two touchdowns to Seattle's running backs in Week 10.

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet has been wildly inefficient and ineffective this season. However, he remains fantasy relevant because his role at the goal line is netting touchdowns. Charbonnet will face a solid Cardinals defensive front in Week 10 as he continues to split time with fellow running back Kenneth Walker III. Either way, Charbonnet's inefficiencies make him difficult to trust as a legitimate starter for fantasy this week. Fortunately, Seattle's offense should have no issue moving the ball up and down the field against the Cardinals. Charbonnet already scored on this team in Week 4, and he should have had a second score in that game. With another four teams on bye in Week 10, you could throw Charbonnet in your flex and hope for a touchdown. He is a better bet than what you are likely able to scrape together on the waiver wire this week.
