Dawson Knox Returns to Bills Practice

Thursday, July 31, 2:33 PM

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (hamstring) returned to the practice field on Thursday. Knox landed on the active/non-football injury list to begin training camp with a hamstring injury but was activated by the team on Sunday. In 16 games last season, Knox caught 22 passes for 311 yards and one touchdown. The 28-year-old is a key piece for a Buffalo offense that likes to feature multiple-tight end formations, but Knox is clearly behind fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid as a receiver. Unless there's an injury to Kincaid, Knox is unlikely to factor in fantasy during the 2025 season.

Colston Loveland News

Colston Loveland Won't Play in Week 4 Against Raiders

Sunday, September 28, 3:21 PM

Chicago Bears tight end Colston Loveland (hip) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The rookie had been listed as questionable. He missed two practices before being able to log a limited session Friday, but it evidently wasn't quite enough for him to play this week. Loveland has operated in a depth role this season, catching just three of his six targets through three games. On the other hand, Cole Kmet has played at least 90 percent of the snaps in all three contests so far, so he remains an interesting fantasy option whose value will only increase with Loveland sidelined. Kmet should be viewed as a mid-range TE2 for the duration of Loveland's absence.
