New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas remains an unappealing fantasy option heading into Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns. Outside of a strong Week 6 against the Saints, Douglas has massively underwhelmed this season, catching just 13 passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns. He has routinely been out-snapped by Kayshon Boutte, Stefon Diggs, and Mack Hollins, making it difficult for him to carve out any sort of fantasy relevance. The 24-year-old is especially concerning this week as he takes on the Cleveland Browns, who have allowed the 15th-fewest fantasy points to slot receivers in 2025. Douglas can be left on waivers in most formats.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) has been cleared to suit up for the Week 8 matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Egbuka suffered a hamstring injury in Week 6, but still suited up during last Monday's game against the Detroit Lions. The rookie wideout struggled as he hauled in four of his 12 targets for 58 yards in the loss. The hope is that Egbuka is close to 100 percent healthy now. The Bucs will need him to be the focal point on offense with Mike Evans (collarbone), Chris Godwin (leg), and Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder) all sidelined. Egbuka was on a roll before this injury, so he should be viewed as a must-start WR1 this weekend.
