Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is officially inactive for Week 4 versus the Baltimore Ravens, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity all week long. While it seemed like he had a chance to play, reports on Sunday morning made it clear that he wouldn't be ready in time for kickoff. Fourth-round rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson will start in his absence, ranking as a fantasy QB3.

Veteran quarterback P.J. Walker is now looking for a new team after being cut by the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The 28-year-old was brought in on a two-year contract during the offseason to backup Justin Fields but he struggled in training camp. The Bears opted to keep undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent and veteran Nathan Peterman instead. Walker played the last three seasons with the Carolina Panthers, where he compiled a 4-3 record in seven starts.
