Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught all nine of his targets for 49 yards in a 27-3 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. Moore also lost a fumble and lost one yard on three carries in the blowout win. The veteran wideout has been heavily involved in the Cleveland offense through the first three games of the season as he has finished first or second in targets in each of Cleveland's contests, totaling 25 targets overall. Moore has yet to have a breakout game in 2023 but that could come in the near future if he continues to see heavy targets. He will face off against the Baltimore Ravens at home in Week 4.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson caught two-of-four targets for 21 yards in Sunday's loss to the Buffalo Bills. With this performance, the second-year receiver continued his slow start to the 2023 season. Despite showing a solid connection with quarterback Sam Howell in the preseason, things haven't clicked for the duo thus far. This was a rough performance by the Commanders, so Dotson isn't alone in his struggles this week. The former first-rounder will look to have a better day against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
