Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott drew the start on Sunday night with Rico Dowdle (illness) being a late scratch. The veteran led the rushing attack with 10 carries for 34 yards and a touchdown. He added a reception for four yards in what turned out to be his best fantasy outing since Week 1. With Dowdle likely to be back next week, Elliott's fantasy relevance was likely short-lived.

Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard rushed 20 times for 94 yards, adding three receptions on four targets for 23 yards in a 38-point loss to Detroit. Pollard expectedly got a big workload with Tyjae Spears sitting out due to a hamstring injury, and was very efficient on the afternoon with a healthy 4.7 yards per carry against an extremely tough run defense. It was the third time this season Pollard has put up over 100 scrimmage yards in a game, proving to be a very trustworthy RB2 for fantasy managers. While the 1-6 Titans will likely be playing in a negative game script most of the season, Pollard is clearly one of the only featured offensive players on this team and should continue to see a lot of touches, making him a great floor play on a week-to-week basis. He will remain a great play next week when the Titans face the soft run defense of New England.
