Harrison Bryant Could Step into a Larger Role Vs. the Broncos

Saturday, November 1, 5:55 AM

Houston Texans tight end Harrison Bryant has been the team's primary backup since Week 2, but his production has been limited to just one catch for five yards on four targets all year. He could be lined up for more work this week, though, since Dalton Schultz (knee/shoulder) has a questionable tag heading into a tough matchup with the Broncos. Schultz has been a solid PPR producer since tight ends are usually heavily involved in Houston's passing game under C.J. Stroud. Bryant is the No. 64 tight end in RotoBaller's rankings, so he isn't a good play unless Schultz is out or limited, but it is worth monitoring if the sixth-year tight end gets more work this week.

Trey McBride is the TE1 Overall Heading into Week 12

Saturday, November 22, 1:47 AM

Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride enters Week 12 as RotoBaller's No. 1 overall-ranked tight end and holds tier one to himself. The 26-year-old has set the fantasy world on fire again with back-to-back 27-plus point performances and No. 1 overall finishes. McBride will once again be the focal point of the passing game with wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix) missing his second straight game after undergoing surgery to address appendicitis. Heading into Week 12, McBride will face a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that has allowed the fifth-most passing touchdowns this season. McBride has caught at least one touchdown pass in his previous five games and has six total touchdowns during that stretch. McBride is a set-it-and-forget-it TE1 with massive upside heading into Sunday in a favorable matchup.
