Cincinnati Bengals tight end Irv Smith Jr. recorded three catches for 17 yards during the loss to the Browns on Sunday. Surprisingly, the former Viking was one of the Bengals' top producers in Week 1. However, considering Cincy accumulated only three points in this one, that's not saying much. Fantasy managers should at least be glad Smith got five targets from Joe Burrow. While he probably won't be a reliable fantasy option moving ahead, he may have a few decent performances this season. That said, Smith is undoubtedly a risky fantasy option in Week 2 versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid corralled 5-of-6 targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 38-10 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 23-year-old built on his Week 1 debut in this one, but watched as Dawson Knox found the end zone in the second quarter. Kincaid still out-produced him 43-10 in yardage, so fantasy managers can hang their hats on that moving ahead. The 2023 first-rounder's value should only rise with each passing week, but he remains just out of arm's reach in terms of TE1 evaluation until he receives a more noticeable majority of the tight-end targets in Buffalo's two-TE heavy sets.
