Cade Otton is Low-End TE2 for Week 8

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has made a minimal impact on the field lately. Otton has held without a catch during last week's win over the Carolina Panthers. Over the last three games, Otton has been held to four receptions for 29 receiving yards and zero touchdowns. It has been an ugly stretch of play for Otton, but he does draw a favorable matchup against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8. A defense that has struggled to contain tight ends this season. They've allowed over 60 receiving yards per game to tight ends and currently rank 29th against the pass in general. It's a juicy matchup for Otton, but fantasy managers have little reason to believe he's going to get more involved. He ranks as Rotoballer's TE29 and is a low-end TE2 for this upcoming NFC South matchup.

Dalton Kincaid Playing in Week 8

As expected, Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (chest) is active on Sunday in the Week 8 tilt against the visiting Baltimore Ravens, per the NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe. In addition to Kincaid playing through a minor chest injury, quarterback Josh Allen will get top receiver DJ Moore back from a shoulder injury that he originally suffered in the Week 2 win over the Detroit Lions. Now that the 27-year-old Kincaid is officially active this weekend, fantasy managers should consider him at least a low-end TE1 option against Baltimore. Kincaid suffered his chest injury in the Week 6 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, but he is ready to go after having extra time to recover thanks to Buffalo's bye in Week 7. The former first-rounder will look to get back on track against a vulnerable Baltimore defense after catching just nine passes on 12 targets for 52 yards and no touchdowns in his last three games. In the first two games of the 2026 campaign, Dalton was looking like a true TE breakout with 12 catches for 225 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets.
