Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon announced on Monday that quarterback Joshua Dobbs will make another start under center in Week 2 against the New York Giants. Dobbs wasn't good at all in the season opener on Sunday in a 20-16 loss to the Washington Commanders, going 21-for-30 for 132 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. He carried the ball three times for a loss of three yards and also fumbled three times, losing two of them. It was just the 28-year-old's third NFL start, though, and it came against a pretty tough defense. Dobbs will have the opportunity to bounce back this weekend against a Giants D that just allowed 40 points to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. Still, Dobbs should be viewed as only a desperation QB2 play in deep superflex leagues.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was slinging the ball all over the field against the Broncos defense in a historic blowout. The Alabama product finished the game with 309 yards and four touchdowns while completing 23 of his 26 throws. He was nearly perfect while the Broncos failed to get to him even once. According to PFF, Tagovailoa has a rating of 137.7 while in a clean pocket so far this season and he has an overall grade of 90.9. Week 4 may not present as clean of a pocket, however, as they travel to Buffalo.
