Cleveland Browns wide receiver Kadarius Toney is active for Sunday's Week 11 game against the New Orleans Saints. The 25-year-old was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday and will make both his Browns debut and his season debut on Sunday afternoon. Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Anthony Schwartz is signing with the Miami Dolphins practice squad. The former 2021 third-round pick out of Auburn was waived by the Browns in the offseason with an injury designation. He was later placed on injured reserve and cut with a settlement. With a new contract, Schwartz appears to be healthy and ready to play if called upon. Speed is his calling card, so it's no surprise that Miami would be the team to sign him. He's just the latest former track star to join the roster in South Beach. Schwartz has tallied 14 catches, 186 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown across 25 games in two seasons.
