The Tennessee Titans placed wide receiver Kyle Philips (knee) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday, meaning he'll now have to sit out the first four games of the 2023 regular season after injuring himself during training camp. The 24-year-old fifth-round pick last year also dealt with hamstring and shoulder injuries in 2022 that limited him to just four games played. In those four contests, he caught eight of 13 targets for 78 yards and no touchdowns. When Philips returns in 2023, he'll have a shot at a bigger role as the primary slot man in Tennessee and as the primary punt returner, but he can be left to the waiver wire for now in all redraft leagues. Behind DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks (knee), Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore will now have more opportunities in the Titans' passing attack early in the year.
