Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (head) cleared the league's concussion protocol, according to head coach Zac Taylor. Higgins was shaken up on a play late in Sunday's loss to the Chicago Bears, but he cleared the concussion protocol and should be just fine for a Week 11 divisional contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers after having the Week 10 bye to heal up. The 26-year-old had a massive game in Week 9, catching seven of his nine targets for 121 yards and two touchdowns, and he also secured a two-point conversion in the 47-42 loss to Chicago. His first touchdown of the day was a 44-yard bomb from quarterback Joe Flacco at the end of the first half, and his second score came from just two yards out in the third quarter. Despite Ja'Marr Chase soaking up a ton of targets, there's been enough to go around for Higgins, too. He has at least 62 receiving yards in three of his last four games and has four touchdowns in his last three games.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden (shoulder) was unable to take part in practice on Friday. Golden was forced to make an early exit during the Week 9 loss to the Carolina Panthers. The rookie wideout was limited in practice on Thursday before being downgraded to out on Friday. He'll get another day to get ready ahead of the Monday night matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. If he's unable to play, Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, and Dontayvion Wicks would all see larger roles.
