Tennessee Titans running backs Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard appear poised to split reps in 2024. Both players have similar skill sets and are electric to watch when they get hot. Their speed will be a necessity given that the Titans enter the season with the 30th-ranked offensive line, according to PFF. Both players will leech each other's fantasy value in 2024. If second-year quarterback Will Levis can take a solid step forward, the dump-off opportunities could be there for both players if the running lanes are clogged. Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears rushed three times for 25 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 41 yards and a touchdown in the Week 18 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Derrick Henry likely heading to a new organization this offseason, Spears could find himself as the team's RB1 in 2024. That said, Tennessee will surely add competition to the backfield, so this is a situation worth monitoring. Either way, it was a great performance for the rookie to close out his debut season.
